The firm maintains consultancy relationship with several Chartered Arbitrators. The Principal Partner is a Fellow with  Centre for Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK). Our mediators and arbitrators have been specially trained in ADR techniques to help parties resolve their disputes, and act as a facilitator in the mediation process, which is voluntary, non-binding, confidential and without prejudice.
